A suicide bombing occurred in Taksim Square in Istanbul Turkey which led to 32 people being injured out of which 5 are in critical condition. The attack occurred on Sunday in the very center of Istanbul and those injured include at least 15 police officials, and 17 unsuspecting civilians, as said by Husien Azni Mutlu, Governor of Istanbul. 5 of the police officials are in serious physical danger and Mutlu vehemently condemned the bombing as a ‘crime against humanity.’ He bomber apparently died on the spot and sadly enough, another device was found attached to the bomber’s body which was either not used or was unable to be set off.
