A judge in Texas has recently ruled out that Texas will not issue any driving license to a person who does not have a legal immigration there. Any one who has a temporary visa in Texas will not be given the driving license. The judge also declared about the licenses that are to be issued in town. According to this news the people who have the proper legal immigration in Texas will be given the standard driving licenses. Three years back the driving licenses issued in Texas were non- standardized and now the state has made new laws related to this issue. This new law has been made because the previous law which was made in the year 2008 was not providing the satisfaction as far as the control on the theft rate is concerned. The previous law was made according to the law enforcement policy to have a strict control on the theft rate and to get to know about the people who actually got the legal immigration in the country. This was noticed when a certain person comes to apply for the driving license and from there the details were to be found.
