16 nation brief against the Alabama immigration law

To provide equal rights and peaceful livelihood to their citizens’ sixteen nations have got together and filed a brief against Alabama. Mexico has also agreed upon to file against Alabama law. This brief is made in order to provide fair rights to the people of these nations living in Alabama. A Birmingham Attorney who has filed the brief spoke to the media that these nations want to have one immigration law for all and not fifty for each one of them. Mexico is also a part of this brief as it does not want any discrimination towards its people. People who are standing against this strictest immigration law of Alabama include people from the Roman Catholic Church, DOJ lawsuit and the American Civil Liberties Union. They all have filed the brief against the Governor of Alabama. The department of Justice spoke that these nations are interfering in Alabama’s federal authorities. The Governor has implemented a strictest immigration law in Alabama according to which any outsider will be detained on the basis of some valid suspicion. Illegal children will not be enrolled in educational institutes and they have named it a crime to stay there without any legal immigration.
