Ford is unable to produce the Focus cars as per the demands in the market because of the shortage of the raw material supply. This shortage is hampering the production process. As per the reports the production of dashboard is hampered. The machine outside Detroit is producing the cover parts of the dashboards. This machine works in a factory which runs quite irregularly. This irregularity is causing massive problem for the company in manufacturing it scars according to the demand. Due to this shortage of supply the company is importing the material from Europe and this is a very expensive step. The plant which produces the parts, knowing the problem can not work more than its current pace. The demand of the Ford Focus gets high when the gas prices goes up and the markets observed a sudden shortage of small sized Japanese cars. A few spokesmen described about the company that up till now the company has not found any permanent solution to this issue. Focus has become the company’s most selling passenger car and as per the records of the last month, the company had successfully sold twenty one thousand cars in the moth of June. The dealers are selling the car at the sticker price ever where.
