The major issue which had raised the inquiry is the condition of the Sun Power Corporation. This Company had received the loan of more than one billion dollars. This is to be noticed that the Solyndra scandal in which the Obama ministry is already facing a lot of questioning has been reported to be involved in the bankruptcy of five hundred and twenty eight million dollar loan. And sun power has received almost the double amount in form of the federal loan. President Obama has been continuously justifying this propaganda. The energy and commerce committee is still waiting some satisfactory response from that side.
